Data Package Activation Failure

I'm using NATEL easy on a Huawei USB Modem E3531 3G with my mac air. I was using the 1day/5gb data package yesterday, and it expired at 6.38am. I go on at 7am this morning and try and add it again for today, and it tells me "Failed. The data packet you requested has already been activated." But it has expired....

This happened to me before on 2 consecutive days, when I wasn't online at the expiry time and I had to wait 24hrs to add another data package. If I'm online it seems no problem to add it again.

Any idea how to get it to work today?

Currently there is an issue with activating and deactivating data packages with NATEL® easy smart and NATEL® easy start. Our specialists are working on a fix. It is not yet clear how long this issue will last. When having problems activating a data package you can contact us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
