Our history with the TV box is a real horror story. This is the 3rd box in the last 12 months. Each time it seems as if something else is wrong. At the present time the TV blacks out in a random fashion. No rhyme or reason. Sometimes turning it off and then on again helps sometimes not. We have talked to Swisscom techs on a regular basis. We go through the same drill each time with the same results -- they send out a new box. On the upside, I get a lot of things done instead of watching the garbage that passes for news and entertainment theses days. lol
We have thought of going to the cable company but they don't seem to be much better. Our neighbor had them recently install their system and if it wasn't for the fact that his partner works for the cable people he still wouldn't have a working system.
