Subtitles should work for recordings on those channels which have subtitles provided also on live TV. Please provide the following information via private message:
1. Which channels are affected?
2. Can you activate subtitles on those channels when watching live?
3. In Options, do you have the possibility to even choose subtitles or is this option not given at all?
4. Your phone and/or customer number
