Sound goes off

Sometimes the sound on the current channel will go off. I need to move to another channel and then back again to get the sound again. Any ideas what this is all about?

do you use only your TV for the sound? or is your Swisscom TV Box connected to a Sound system with another plug?

how are you connected between the TV and your Swisscom TV Box?

the first thing I should do is to try to turn off your box with the button on the back of it… it will completly restart Swisscom TV and look for updates…
