Subtitles on Teleclub and HD channels?

Hi community,

I was wondering if there is some way to get subtitles on the Teleclub and HD channels?

For instance on the BBC channel where I can see that the program on the “regular” BBC channel has subtitles, while there is no subtitles available on the HD channel.

I have tried both the normal “teletext” button as well as using the “options” button - none of them with any effect on the Teleclub and HD channels…

Because of technical problems, there is actually no teletext available on HD channels with Swisscom TV.

That’s why there is no subtitle at the moment..

Teleclub channels never have/had subtitles included..
