Account administratively disabled

Have now been struggling with a blocked login-Account and 2 blocked email-Accounts for weeks.........

When logging in to the login-Account, I get the message:

"Some Internet services are only available on a limited basis"

When sending maisl to the blocked Accounts, I get the maisl returned with the following text:

"Account administratively disabled"

have contaced Hotline without any Succes yet. Was told that the mail-Accounts was blocked due to spam-Abuse, and I would recieve a mail how to unblock the Accounts, but havn't recieved anything yet.

Hope someone can Guide me what to do.

I have a similar problem, but I have forgotten my swisscom Login password and the system is asking me to input my swisscom login and my date of birth to be able to reset the email password. Till there, all is fine, the problem is Swisscom has blocked my email, so sending the password reset to my email is useless as I'm not receiving emails. I am abroad and can't call the 0800 number and can't find any other number to call. Any idea what I should do? or maybe someone can find the Swisscom international number. Thanks
