I want to download Swisscom tv app, but I have a us iPad store Id, as this app is not in the us store, I can't use it. Is there another way for me to get the app?

Further to the above that gives a clue to the problem, an Application Error message appears like this: Exception EExternal Exception in module libcefr.dll at 0004EE70. External Exception 80000003.

Hello,

I have installed MSA on my Mac OS 10.9.4 and I get very frequently notified that the application Mail needs repairing, but it doesn't, and I have to waste time closing the message box.

Is it possible to set up MSA to open only on demand and not automatically? If not, is there a link indicating how to uninstall it? All the links I have tested so far are pretty useless.

Hi @BLR,

thanks for your feedback.

Currently, it is not possible to start the assistant only when needed. This wouldn't ensure that the program can solve a problem, if you're offline.

Uninstallation can be done in two ways, first - exit program in the title bar by right-clicking and then:

a) Run the uninstaller, which you'll find in Finder, under "Programs / Swisscom"
b) In Finder/Programs, drag the folder "Swisscom" into the trash.

I have uninstalled MSA (successfuly so far) following alternative b). Thanks for the advice.

First I tried a) without success, as when I clicked on "uninstall" I got the instruction to close all Swisscom applications, even after having restarted my Macbook Pro without reopening windows.
