TV box getting restarted automatically every 2 minute, unable to change channel

My TV box is getting hanged every 3-4 minute. After that it restarts automatically. During the period when it is working, I am not able to change channel.

I switched off the router, the box, unplugged, replugged but nothing seems to work.

Pls Advise.

I am having the same problem. After a half-hour finding the phone number, then a further half-hour wait in the queue, I got through to support. They told me to uplug/replug four times to prompt a firmware download to the box. He couldn't wait though, as there were so many calls. If it didn't work, he would send an engineer. Couldn't get the download to trigger. So, now I have to phone and wait again in the queue so that he can send an engineer. Pathetic

I am currently having the same problem. I even have to unplug it to stop it.

Was able to contact another support person, who this time, walked me through it. However, even after the firmward download succeeded, the box still kept freezing and restarting, although in slightly different way. They are sending me a new box

Yesterday I was able to contact support person. I understood that the TV Box is an old one & need to be replaced.

So they are sending new TV box.

Hopefully the issue will get resolved with new TV Box.
