In order to up- or downgrade a business app, you must be your company's billing and app admin or system admin. If necessary, ask the relevant person.
Proceed as follows:
- Click on the "Account" tab and then on "Business Apps".
- Click on "Update version" or "Upgrade to Paid Edition" for the relevant application.
- Choose the subscription you want. Select the billing cycle and, if you have a promotional code, enter it in the relevant box. Then click on "Continue".
- You will be taken to a secure page and asked to enter your credit card details. Fill in the boxes and click on "Make payment".
- Check your order and check the box "I accept the additional terms of use". Click on "Order".
- You will see a purchase confirmation page. Your purchase will also be confirmed by email.
