Swisscom did reply to my email, suggesting I should refer to the same webpage which I'd
quoted to them. They told me:

Thank you for your request."
Ah.
They don't seem to think I have a name.
"Natel Infinity package include phone calls to all Swiss network. You can find all the information

"Err, yes. Did you actually read my message?"
So it looks like Swisscom are perfectly content with two conflicting descriptions of their own tarrifs.
Nope, no problem there whatsoever!!
Now that's Swiss Customer Service at it's best!
