Backing up of recorded Videos on to DVD

I have recorded a video on the STB (Set up box) and I could play the recorded video successfully.

As I see that this video is saved on the STB, I was wondering how can I copy on to a DVD so that space on STB is not filled up..

Hello PaulJ,

I thought it is not possible to take out content from the Box, because of royalties or something!

But I saw on this forum, that some people have managed to do it.
