I remind you that these files are perfectly read on my “old” SCTV 2.0 box.
I still tried to launch the videos with 2 different iOS applications: arkm and imediashare.
Thank you in advance for your opinions and have a good day.
Hi Apple-Man,
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I tried to change the cable but nothing worked.
I will post as soon as possible the details (audio and video format) of which files are played and which are not. Perhaps we will find the start of a path there.
Thank you again for your response and have a good evening.
Cordialement.
UHD Box - DLNA problem
Good morning,
I am facing certain problems when playing DLNA videos on my UHD box.
While some files play without any problems, others play without sound.
Additionally, some files cannot be viewed and a message appears: “unable to read file”
You will tell me that it is certainly due to the format which is not supported by the box, however, these same files are perfectly viewable on my other box (SC TV 2.0 non uhd).
It seems strange to me that a new box, supposed to be more efficient, supports fewer video formats than its predecessor…
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Gagali,
The simplest solution in my opinion is to use a wifi hotspot.
you can find them at Swisscom from CHF 49.00 (3G) and CHF 199.00 (4G+) and certainly other models elsewhere on the web.
You can then place your hotspot outside and connect to it via Wifi.
concerning the SIM card, you are free to insert the one from your cell phone, to order [a second SIM,](https://www.swisscom.ch/fr/clients-prives/mobile/services-supplementaires/carte- additional.html) to use a DATA subscription or a card prepaid.
Good day.

Yes apparently there is stock on the 256gb, so I took advantage of it.
I originally ordered a Gray 128gb on October 24 but I called yesterday morning to change the order.
Moreover, the operator told me that he only had stock for pink and gold 256gb.
I thought I would also have to wait a few weeks but in the afternoon I received a message telling me that my package was on its way.
Hello,
When using the electrical network, you must ensure that the transmitter and receiver are on the same electrical loop.
Personally I use a TP-Link WiFi repeater which works well (also in AC) and which has the advantage of using the same SSID (and password) as your basic WiFi network.

Offbeat sound on FR2 HD
Hello everyone! I’m allowing myself this post because since yesterday I have had the sound that is delayed on FR2 HD! When I watch the channel in SD there is no problem. Am I the only one in this situation? Or is it a problem with the chain? I do not want to call the Hotline without being sure that it is my box or my connection. Thank you for your response and I wish you a great weekend. Tof1664
