Maybe a stupid question, but have you activated the 3rd box, respectively the 3rd signal at swisscom?

Did you try reinstalling the app? to restart the box via the main switch at the back? to restart the router?

settings -> mail -> accounts -> select the account causing the problem -> IMAP -> sending server -> primary server and check if the password is entered.

I am facing certain problems when playing DLNA videos on my UHD box.

While some files play without any problems, others play without sound.

Additionally, some files cannot be viewed and a message appears: “unable to read file”

You will tell me that it is certainly due to the format which is not supported by the box, however, these same files are perfectly viewable on my other box (SC TV 2.0 non uhd).

It seems strange to me that a new box, supposed to be more efficient, supports fewer video formats than its predecessor…
