Thank you very much for your prompt response by sending the
Service technician Mr. Hermann Bolliger!
He is extremely competent and he was able to give me access to Swisscom,
produce shortly.
It was very easy for me to switch to Swisscom because UPC Cablecom
blocked for 6 weeks.
They made me believe that I would have the bills for two months
not paid, but I was able to prove with receipts that these invoices were paid!
They couldn’t even find my payment receipt…
