Well, if you want to benefit, Swisscom also wants to benefit… win win situation.:smileyhappy:

It’s so. Things are no different with other providers.

    Thanks for the info.

Now I know for sure that it must be possible with a prepaid SIM.

By the way, I’ve already had the first technician call. This then led to the opening of the new ticket.

Now I’m hoping for a second technician call, which will hopefully lead to a solution.

Since the Mobile ID is an official Swisscom product, I simply find it very astonishing how much effort Swisscom itself has to put into organizing it.

I asked the M-Budget hotline whether the credit from Swisscom Prepaid can be ported to M-Budget Prepaid? Answer was yes!

    Yes, that definitely works.

But here there is a particular complaint that making calls has become more expensive. At M-Budget every minute also costs 28 centimes, but there is no cost ceiling.

    10 minutes at M-Budget = 2.80 francs

    10 minutes at Swisscom = 0.87 francs

    30 minutes at M-Budget = 8.40 francs

    30 minutes at Swisscom = 0.87 francs
