    The export doesn’t work for me, there is no file in the Downloads folder. I’ve tried it x times and then I always get the message: Docsafe maintenance work.

  • Here is my unfortunately not so positive feedback about the switch from IB+ fiber optic to IB2.

    1. Swisscom supplied me with the IB2 with DSL copper cable, so I installed the Fiber SFP module from the IB+ on the IB2.

    2. Starting up the IB2, flashes red/white. Attempted registration (again?), according to the answer everything should be OK, but services are not running and IB2 is still flashing red/white.

    3. Reset the IB2 and tried again with the same result.

    4. Power off/on, same result

    5. Call hotline - he does some kind of action and in the end the internet, landline analogue and WLAN are running

    6. Restore my saved configuration of the IB+

    7. Landline phones (2 HD Phones) checked, but they are missing from the configuration and need to be re-paired.

    8. HD Phone Zermatt cannot be paired with all tricks (firmware vH023, HD Phone Montreux without problems) - reset to factory settings, restarted IB2, etc.

    9. Call the hotline again - tried again a few times but without success - ticket sent to the technician who hasn’t responded yet.

    10. Out of sheer desperation, I tried again, reset the phone to factory settings and then removed the batteries and oh wonder, now the pairing works.

    Now everything is working as expected, the WiFi range is a lot better, so the considerable effort was worth it.

  • Hello everyone,

    I too have the same problem on an iPad Air and it is very annoying. Watching programs live is still possible to some extent, but time shifting or rewinding is often not possible. I also often have the problem I have already described, where the replay jumps back and forth between different programs completely erratically. Impossible to watch a show like this. The problem worsens when the WiFi signal is weaker.

    These problems have been going on for a long time now and I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to correct them.

  • Fixed tariff for Vivo installation

    During my last two Swisscom Friends deployments (Vivo installation), technical problems massively extended the deployment time. I don’t think it’s in the spirit of the idea that the Friends have to offer the installation at a fixed price and that the big Swisscom keeps itself harmless.

    If these problems repeat themselves again, I will forego these missions because I don’t have enough time for that.

    I hope someone from Swisscom feels addressed here.
