Does anyone else have your login details? For PC, laptop, mobile phone, tablet?
Otherwise you would have to check MySwisscom to see if there is a device under “Devices connected to blue TV ” that you don’t recognise and remove it if necessary.

If I now watch blue Sport on the iPad Pro 2015, the other devices just get the error message. Because Swisscom only allows one stream with blue Sport. TV boxes, Apple TVs and Smart TVs are excluded from this, even if you access the same channel.

Order Multiroom Max additionally and use your blue TV subscription simultaneously on up to 5 TVs (TV box from Swisscom, Apple TV 4K or Smart TV).
Regardless of Multiroom Max, the following device limits for simultaneous TV viewing apply for additional mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets or laptops:
