Hi Lancelot
It’s possible to uninstall Quick Help using Windows 7. Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features. Now You have to search Quick Help. You should find it under „Swisscom Quick Help“ than You can select it an click to Uninstall. If Quick Help doesn’t appear on the list it may already have been uninstalled. You can also check this with „Revo Uninstaller“. Quick Help needs about 33.6 MB of memory.
Normally Swisscom Quick Help starts automatically when Microsoft Windows 7 is started. You can check your Windows taskbar (Quick Help Icon).
The Desktop Icon called „Quickhelp.exe“ is the launch file for the installation of the Software. The installed icon should be called „Launch Swisscom Quick Help“.
To clean your computer I can also suggest You to install Swisscom PC Care Software.
