TV Guide does not work with Italia1 and RAI HD

TV Guide does not work with Italia1 and RAI HD

Since yesterday there is no longer any TV guide on Italia1 (“no information available”), and the PIP function no longer works (only for this channel).

Since RAI HD was launched, there has been no TV guide here either (only “RAI HD” is displayed), although it is the same as with RAI 1.

Is this a fault or………?

As far as I know, it’s not 100% the same as RAI uno. It also has broadcasts from RAI due in it. If a station does not provide any data, Swisscom cannot display any data… This applies to both stations 🙂

But until yesterday, Italia1’s TV guide always worked. Now even the PIP (Picture in picture) doesn’t work but only with Italia1

So PIP works for me, so that’s an individual problem. Reboot your box.

TV Guide also no longer works for the following Italian-language channels:

Teleticino / La7D / Raistoria / Raiscuola / Realtime / Nuovolari / Boing / Telenova / Odeon / Telelombardia / CanaleItalia / Raisport1/2

Without rebooting the box, PIP and TV guide on Italia 1 work again today
