"Loading content" in album

Hello everyone

My MyCloud app seems to have an issue for a few days now and I can’t fix it. I have a lot of albums (around 20 albums) and the problem is that when I tap on an album to open it, it says “Loading Content” and then nothing happens.

I updated the app to the latest version
I restarted my phone (iPhone 17 Pro)

Does anyone have the same problem or maybe an idea how to solve it?

Ja, ich habe ähnliche Probleme gehabt und nun meine Alben in youtube als „nicht gelistet“ hochgeladen. Dann habe ich Playlists erstellt und wenn ich eine solche Playlist mit jemanden teilen möchte (z.B. Ferienfotos und Videos), dann klappt das sauber. Natürlich erscheint zu Beginn ein Werbeblock von etwa 1 Minute, aber damit kann ich leben.

Welche Version hast du denn installiert? Die neuste Version wäre: 26.20.4

Du versuchst ein Album zu öffnen und der Inhalt wird nicht geladen?

Exactly, it simply says “loading content” but it doesn’t matter how long I wait, it doesn’t show the pictures in the album.
