I am currently using a Swisscom prepaid eSIM on a Motorola device. I am now changing to a new phone, but Motorola does not support direct eSIM transfer between devices. Because of this, I need to order a replacement eSIM for my new device.
However, when I try to do this online, the replacement eSIM option is grayed out, and I see the following message: “Unfortunately, this channel is not available for eSIM. You can find more options for switching to an eSIM at www.swisscom.ch/esim.”
Since I am already using an eSIM and only need to move my prepaid number to a new phone, I would like to ask: how I can obtain a replacement prepaid eSIM for my new device? In addition, I am currently outside Switzerland on a temporary stay, so visiting a Swisscom Shop is not possible for me at the moment.
