The Router 5, fails to acknowledge my wifi printer. The checks or ok, until, MAC Address Filtering Check-- FAIL. Is it possible to make the Router allow the Filter check to "pass" or accept the Printer? If so, how? This all worked with all my earlier Routers. Only since Glass Fiber Cabel Router 5, is in service have I had this problem. The Printer needs 2.4 GHz to function so I had Swisscom activate both 2.4 & 5 GHz possibilities.. I still get the same results with 2.4 GHz. MAC Address Filter Check ----"Fail". Does anyone have any idea how to correct this situation? It is an older Epson Stylus Office Printer with WiFi capabilitiy, which has worked for years with all the other Routers.
