MySwisscom cockpit link on new interface

Hey there,

Am I the only one that can't access Cockpit directly through the new interface on My Swisscom anymore?

I'm talking about those buttons here :

It seems like it's now returning a technical error as soon as I click on those, while it was working on last week. I'm not even sure who to contact to get it fixed either 😔

Allgemein ist kein Problem beim Login auf https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/ bekannt , auf welchem Gerät hast Du den ein Problem ?

Oder meinst Du den Fehler unten beim Bild.

Hey there, thanks for the answer! That's definitely the error page I get. Sorry for the confusion!

On "My Swisscom", since the launch of the new user interface, you have new buttons to check the packs you're having, that would lead you to cockpit directly. That looks like that :

It was super fancy for my usage - but unfortunately, it doesn't work anymore :

For the technical reason; it seems like they changed the deeplinks to be authenticated ones… which is not managed by the Cockpit yet, which is unfortunate. This will probably be fixed later but that's sad in the meanwhile, it was cool!

I can still use the main login page instead, of course :p

I could, of course - but that was particularly cool as the links on the My Swisscom dashboard are automatically managing the authentication for you - no need to authent through either Mobile ID or SMS if you're not on the mobile network.

This was fancy, but of course, there are ways to circumvent the issue :p It was just a super useful feature for me!

Der Zugang zum Cockpit war schon vor den Relaunch über mySwisscom möglich.
Leider wurde wiedermal bei Swisscom etwas geändert ünd zuwenig getestet…
