It depends on which mail subscription you have:
If you have Mail “Light”, a maximum of 1 e-mail address will work
If you have Mail “Basic”, up to 5 e-mail addresses are possible.
You can open/manage them in your MySwisscom:

Hello Prunteinon74
You can create e-mail addresses in My Swisscom. The easiest way is to use the following link, which leads directly to the Mail Hub:
https://www.swisscom.ch/myswisscom/d?useCase=viewMailHub
And then simply click on Create e-mail account. The rest is self-explanatory.
In addition to the restriction that only one address is possible with Light, you also only have 1 GB of memory. And that can fill up quickly. A colleague of mine often receives larger files. 2 mails and his memory is full.
My advice, however, is to create an address with Gmail, ik.me, gmx. There have often been reports here in the community that emails from one sender are suddenly blocked. At the latest when you have forgotten your password somewhere and the e-mail to reset it is rejected by Swisscom, you will be annoyed.
