Strange, both TV boxes are displayed, how is yours connected to the Internet box?
***I call up the lock in the menu of the Internet box myself by entering 192.168.1.1 in the Internet browser.

Doremi Good evening. Thanks for the reply. I go to the Swisscom app then choose “block internet access” and the TV Box. Then the “Block internet access” tab is non-existent. However, it is visible for other devices. My TV is blocked at 11pm in the evening, which corresponds to the programming I had made at the time, but now it’s impossible to change it.

follow this path: My Swisscom > Internet > Connected devices: xx online > select TV-Box > Internet Access Block > Configure Internet Lock (as shown below) > Save
select TV-Box > Block Internet Access > Configure Internet Lock (as shown below) > Save
if the problem persists, please specify the model of TV-Box and router (Internet-Box)
and the connection mode TV-Box <-> router
