I also tested it briefly on my LG TV.
The blue TV app still works for me under webOS.

But I remember that I received an update for the webOS from LG about 3 days ago, so maybe you should check the webOS itself for a pending update.

If that doesn’t help, uninstall the blue TV app and reinstall it.
