Cisco VPN deconnects

Hi,

Since last firmware update of the SWISSCOMbox (15.00.46/02300) My Laptop refuses to hold VPN connection to work (Cisco Secure Client). It connects (login/pass) then after ~20s reconnects infinitely.

  • VPN works everywhere but at home (wifi/RJ45)
  • if I connect @hotel/Work/public wifi/hotspot smartphone, VPN works and holds the connection (so nothing from MacOS/VPN Client/Server)

As it is only at home, I already tried to reset EVERYTHING:

  • box twice
  • DNS (box/google/…)
  • switched off servers in garage
  • reinstall Macbook

Since I’m mostly working from home, this is not really practical.
Any idea(s)? The guy at the SWISSCOM hotline wants me to call a paid service, after 30 minutes.

    Do I understand correctly that you create a VPN connection from home to the shop and that no longer works, but the VPN connection to the shop works from another location?

      No connection is from home -> to work
      From hotel/sbb/celphone -> to work it works and hold steady.

            Lori-77 Thankyou yes I already tried disabling IPv6 on Wifi/RJ45 and box, but still no luck :-(
