Werner I gave it a try. I’ve had Amazon Prime for over 10 years. Only when I log in with my Swiss account does it not work. I wanted to watch the 12 season of Oak Island but unfortunately it didn’t work. Or the Zurich crime thriller I paid 2.90 euros for, but couldn’t play it despite VPN and German address.
But you also watch the films via the Amazon Prime app on the Swisscom TV box?
I normally use an Apple TV box for this because it simply offers the better streaming platform, but I can also watch films on the Swisscom TV box with the original Amazon subscription or Prime membership if required.
PS: I would only subscribe to streaming services indirectly via an intermediary if the intermediary, in this case Bluewin, offered a price advantage, because otherwise the more extensive the supply chain, the more accountability problems there would be if a problem actually arose.

As with most streaming services, Prime Video’s offering is geo-location dependent.
So if you read German-language tips for new releases on Prime Video on the Internet, they actually always refer purely to Germany and are usually not (yet) available in Switzerland.
In my opinion, however, there is also interesting content for Switzerland, e.g. all Amazon Originals such as the series: Marvelous Ms Maisel, Expanse, Nightmanager, Bosch, Jack Ryan, Star Trek Picard, Goliath, Rings of Power, etc. etc.

I had this with sky TV. If I use and pay for the subscription via Swisscom, I have to log in to the Sky app with the Swisscom Bluewin mail address, otherwise the subscription is not active. Perhaps you also have to log in to Amazon using the address registered via Bluewin mail for the subscription to be activated if it is paid for via Swisscom?
Loxiran it always depends on how I pay for the subscription, via Swisscom (login data that I have created for the subscription at Swisscom).
If I have opened an account directly with the provider and also pay for the subscription there, I log in with the account data.
For example, I used to have the Netflix account with Netflix and was able to transfer the account data via Swisscom Binge, but I had to create separate account data for Disney+ because I didn’t have Disney+ before.
The AppleTV app is installed on the TV box.
The trial subscription to Apple+ worked perfectly. However, if I pay for and rent individual rental films, these cannot be played on the TV box. I then have to fast-forward them on my iOS device on the Apple TV Apo to about 50 seconds, only then do the films also run on the TV box, except at the end where the films stop about 50 seconds before the end. Swisscom says it’s an Apple problem, Apple says it’s a Swisscom problem. In any case, I now only watch Apple TV by connecting my old MacBookPro to the TV via HDMI.
