Your PC cannot read certain content contained in the Swiscom subscription

It is no longer possible to view certain channels that are nevertheless part of Swisscom’s paid-for channel packages. As a solution, Swisscom asks you to use Google Chrome (which doesn’t change anything), or to unplug the external screen of laptops (which is not ergonomic and is the reason for using an external screen). When we contact Swisscom, all they do is send us to paying service providers to find a solution.

This is unacceptable.
