Swisscom TV App on iPhone

Why do I have to open the Privacy Preference Centre window every time I open the Swisscom TV iPhone app, allow all or reject all? Who knows the problem and who has the same problem? It’s really annoying. Please suggest a solution.

And you have registered with the Swisscom login where your Bluewin TV subscription is also included?

why (plus!!) all the settings we define (list of favourite channels, home adjustment, etc…) are reset almost every time we open the application…!

Please fix this bug as soon as possible! j

PS: I have to say that a similar bug occurs with the “My Swisscom” application, every time I open it I have to log in again.
