Account invoices cannot be viewed

  • I have created an account for my father.

    However, the outstanding invoices are not visible there

    Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

      Do you mean a “MySwisscom” account?
      You don’t have to create one, you get it automatically as a Swisscom customer.
      When you log in to your father’s MySwisscom account, do you see his Swisscom subscriptions?
