I wanted to install our old Tv with the Tv Box today, everything was great. Then I wanted to put my new Tv into operation where I can download apps.

Installing the Blue Tv worked fine. Now I get this message, when I press the left button I get the option to unlock the second Tv for 9.95 a month, which I don’t want, and on the right I see that I can connect the Tv box to the new Tv, but the old one won’t work any more.

Does the app on the Tv not work the same as on the mobile phone or am I doing something wrong?

The TV is considered a box. So if you have the box on one TV and want to use the app on another TV, you need Multiroom. Incidentally, an Apple TV is also considered a box and needs Multiroom.

Incidentally, I know several customers who have switched from the app to a box. In their opinion, the ease of use on the TV is terrible.

No, it just doesn’t work like on a mobile phone and therefore the same applies to the “big screen” apps as if you were operating several TV boxes, namely that you would have to pay Multiroom Max for parallel operation.

So either pay for Multiroom Max, or re-register the device each time, or carry the TV box back and forth, or simply forget the whole thing and only use one TV set 🙂
