It’s a bit difficult to understand what you mean. You mention having installed an application, but which application are you talking about? And what exactly do you want to do? Could you elaborate on your question, please?

To display the code on the TV, follow Home > Settings > TV-Box and then Connect a mobile device.
The screen will then display a 6-digit code that you will need to enter in the settings of the blue TV app on the mobile phone.
Simply follow the instructions given on the TV.

It is not quite clear to me where the problem is, e.g. the Bluewin TV app is installed on a tablet and when you start it you enter your Swisscom login which then provides a code which you then enter when you log in.

If you use the Bluewin TV app and log in with the Swisscom login, a code appears on your mobile phone which you have to enter in the login window, at least that’s how it is for us with the iPad.

Click on “Login”, then enter your username and password, which are the same as those you use for Swisscom TV. You’ll then see on your smartphone screen if there are any further questions!

Okay, it looks like you have several logins and you’re entering the wrong one. If you’re lost with your logins, I recommend that you call the Swisscom hotline on 0800 800 800.
