To cancel your Swisscom Disney+ subscription, please follow these steps:

1.

  • Open the MYSwisscom app or log in to the Swisscom website.
    2.

  • Select the TV option and then Customise options.
    3.

  • Remove the tick next to Disney+ to cancel the subscription
    4.

  • The cancellation period is one month. For an annual subscription, you must pay until the end of the 12 months, even if you cancel
    5.

  • If you have problems cancelling the subscription, contact Swisscom customer service for support
