Switch Router 5 Pro Wifi on and off

I bought a Swisscom Router 5 Pro.

(I paid 149 SFR for the switch from IB3 to IB 5 Pro)

Since 25th January I have the following problem (since I have fibre optics)

Switching off the wifi via the wifi button (on top of the device) works but then the router reboots? Sometimes it can also happen that the router switches off the wifi but does not do so when activated. (Router must be switched off and restarted again). The router also behaves strangely with a schedule (switch off the WLAN in the evening and switch it on in the morning). In the evening at the specified time, the router switches off the WLAN and restarts! This of course interrupts the Internet connection if you are still watching TV, for example.

I have a fibre optic connection

The router has already been replaced. (same behaviour)

I have the latest firmware (15.08.30)

I’ve been in touch with support since 25 January 2025, no solution so far

I didn’t have this problem with IB 3.

Does anyone else have this problem?
