This problem exists (at least) since yesterday.
I’ve tried different browsers, but the stream always starts from the beginning, no option to watch live (or skip forward).
It works in the app, though… Am I the only one?
Please specify on which device this is happening. Is the device’s OS up to date?
do you have a blue Sport subscription? has it been taken out with Swisscom?
There are currently no reports of this type of problem with blue Sport.
blue Sport webcasts can be viewed Live, Replay, highlights, advances, returns, etc. without any problem.

As it says in the title: Web. With a browser, not an App. Tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge. It works fine on my Android Phone and TV app, but in the Browser, streams always start at the beginning.
Now today there’s a Live button with the Champions League games, so I can skip now. With all the Super League games on the weekend there was no Live button, I was just stuck at the beginning of the stream. But still, the stream starts at the beginning, I can’t choose like before.
And you know, I’ve kind of had it. The TOS accept button used to have the wrong color (which is misleading if not illegal). Last week, the Android app started playing ads before even opening (for 35 bucks a month!), now this… Seriously, this is the worst service ever, and Swisscom doesn’t care, they’re like “well, what are you gonna do, huh?”. Nah. I’ve had it.
Oh, and now I get the orange “An error occured, please try again later”. Isn’t that fantastic.
I’m sorry if you’re just a guy trying to help and I’m responding all cynical. I’m thankful that at least people from the community are trying to help. But I just want to watch a game without fighting with a service I’ve paid for every time. This should not be too much to ask for.
