My Cloud app Apple TV - thumbnails

Hello,

When I open the application on Apple TV, all the thumbnails for the videos are white without giving me a preview of the content.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the application doesn’t change anything.

Do you have any information?

Do you have the latest update for the Apple TV box?

Or have you installed a beta version of the Apple TV box?
