LTE Router (original Audi)

I have installed an original LTE router from Audi in my Audi. LTE Router

  1. LTE connection does not work with the SC Sim card (subscription with roaming) neither in Germany nor in Switzerland (router does not provide a data connection)
  2. LTE connection works with a TruePhone card in German.

I visited the manufacturer of the device in Munich yesterday. Error was not found. Are there any dependencies, depending on the provider, or what could help?

  1. how should I be able to configure the APN on the router? I have a UI for the router, but no menu item to configure an APN.
  2. what is the APN for Swisscom?

      The router including one of my SIM cards is now with the creator of the box, so far without result.

      It is claimed that after a reset the SIM card is read and compared with the firmware, whether this provider is known, if yes, the associated APN is used. If not…?
