New Outlook 365: Missing synchronisation

I have configured the new Outlook client with the IMAP server data, but I don’t see many emails that are visible in the web view or on my mobile phone. The “Focused”, “Other” and “Junk Email” folders are displayed, but the emails are missing there. Only one email from today is displayed, although I have 30. I have performed manual synchronisation several times.

Can you help me?

Hi @mscola

You’ll need a lot of patience. The synchronisation between the new Outlook and the Swisscom mail server still only works suboptimally, usually with a very long delay of often several hours. If you can, switch back to the “old” Outlook classic, which works better.

Or use another mail client, e.g. Thunderbird.

I have exactly the same problem.

Synchronisation between Outlook and the smartphone is not OK. And yet I’m using Outlook Classic.

For example, I can’t see the “Sent items” on the Smarphone if I send from Outlook Classic and vice versa.

Does anyone have a solution? I made a post on this subject today.
