Sim Prepaid and daily flat rate

The prepaid card I bought provides for data transfer i.e. internet, a flat rate of 2.- per day, nowhere is it written, however, that this applies for only 100MB, if you still want to continue surfing you have to buy additional data packages, absurd!

**A total lack of transparency, I feel cheated when these things happen. Can you at least write it down? Or am I asking too much?

Thank you for your understanding.

Nicotec how do you come up with 100MB?!

    It says it exactly:
The daily flat rate is only charged if more than 10 KB are transferred in one day. If 10 GB are reached within 30 days, the connection speed is reduced to 128 kbit/s. *Important: Data transfers can take place in the background, e.g. synchronisation or automatic updates. These can be deactivated on the mobile phone.

The latter may also be the case…

What 100 MB per day are you talking about? There is no such thing. For these 2 francs per day you could theoretically let 10 GB through, then throttle for 30 days. There is no limit of 100 MB for the daily flat rate. It’s written clearly and in detail in the description you attached yourself. I don’t understand your complaint.

However, the basic tariff of CHF 2 is not recommended, as smartphones almost always use data in the background, sometimes even despite wifi. This means that these 2 francs are usually charged daily, which is of course far too expensive per month. It is better to buy a prepaid data package.
