WEB-TV channel switching only works once

If I have selected a channel via TV-Guide and then switch to the channel selection on the right, this usually works once, sometimes not even once. However, when I log in once, it does not work for me to switch to a different channel twice. Who has the same problem?

Sorry, but I can’t quite keep up. Can you describe your problem a little more clearly?

I understand that you have problems changing channels several times in the Swisscom TV web app?

Personally, I haven’t noticed any problems changing channels on web tv at tv.blue.ch/ but it’s without ad blocker (changed 4x channels).
*I had a few problems with authentication, I couldn’t connect to community, now solved.

    Theileithaun20 Hello

Your question isn’t very clear, but if I understand correctly, you watch Swisscom TV on your PC. In that case, start by deleting your browsing history and clearing your browser’s cache. Also check that your PC is up to date.

If the problem is on a smartphone or tablet, do the same thing: delete your browsing history, empty your browser cache and check that your device is up to date.

    Hello,

I’ve been having a lot of the same problems for a few weeks now. On my Mac with Safari. It’s since the horizontal scroll bar in replay shows the advertising slots… When I use the arrow keys (+/- 10 seconds) it starts again at the beginning of the episode. At the end of a viewing session, you go to a black page. When you try to close the viewing window ([X] at the top left) you have to do it 4 or 5 times, you have to refresh the page to be able to continue and start again at the root of the player.

It’s important to note that this is a gradual process. At the beginning, everything works properly: scrolling, moving around, displaying, changing episodes, changing channels, etc. But if you ‘watch’ for several hours, you’ll see that everything works fine. But if you ‘watch’ for several hours, it starts to work less and less well. There’s a sort of stacking of screens in the viewing window (every time there’s an ad or a programme change) and it ends up blocking. And it’s necessary to refresh the screen and start again. You just have to get back to where you were… it takes time and it’s annoying. Change isn’t always good!
