PDF in the cloud cannot be opened
Hello, recently I have been unable to open the PDFs saved in the cloud. Only a black area appears, although I have only used half of my available storage space. The photos can be opened without any problems. The Swisscom number 0800 800 800 was unable to help me and, after a lot of back and forth, referred me to “my service”, which is subject to a charge. However, I am not prepared to pay CHF 40 per quarter of an hour. Who knows what to do? Many thanks in advance!
