Image freezing in live tv

    • When watching live tv, the image keeps freezing. It does not happen when watching netflix within the app in the samsung tv. Netflix is associated to the same account. In the last days, this is now happening in a second tv. They have always been connected wirelessly to the router. Do you have any idea on where to start troubleshooting?

      Yes, try a LAN cable connection as a test.
