Missing files on MyCloud

Hi

I have a (big) problem with MyCloud. I’ve had photos since 2011 and, using the app for the first time in several months, I’ve noticed that the oldest files are from 2021. Everything between 2011 and 2021 has disappeared! My cloud is not full (41 GB out of 100 GB).

What can I do? 🙏🏻
