Question for customers who went to wingo or are back here for blue TV

Hello folks

I currently have the blue tv m + German+ language package. I’ve been thinking about switching to Wingo (MAX) for a long time, but my question is will the same programmes remain and how quickly, if at all, will new channels be switched on after blue tv has been switched on. My saving would be 35 francs, which is quite a lot.

Hello to33 and welcome to the Swisscom Community - Customers helping customers.

the list of 290 Wingo MAX TV channels is below, 240 of which are in HD quality (the rest probably in SD)

it’s up to you to compare whether the Wingo MAX offer matches that of your favourite channels

to33 will the new channels be launched after blue tv?

the commissioning policy depends on each operator (Swisscom / Wingo) and is not announced in advance.

to33 My saving would be 35 francs, which is nothing to sneeze at.

In that case, don’t hesitate, but assess the differences beforehand.

Thank you Black Mamba. That’s exactly why I posted here in the community, so I can see the experiences of others who are true there and back to blue tv as I don’t know anyone who has wingo TV. Not much to see on YouTube either.

        Hello everyone,

I’m in the process of switching from Swisscom to wingo (shortly before signing the contract). My savings would be 30 Fr per month, and besides I would have 10 GB of internet with Wingo instead of 100 mbit with swisscom.

I am largely aware of the disadvantages, especially with regard to the TV function.

What I personally will miss is the main menu with the editorial daily tips etc… I always found something interesting there and was able to add the programmes directly to the recordings. I hardly ever had to scroll through the tvguide to search for films. The (IMDb) rating was also important for me, so I knew immediately whether I was going to watch the film or not.

But we also used the search function, e.g. searched for an actor and I could jump straight to the films in the results.

        Now my questions:

        1. does wingo have film information in tvguide and is the IMDb rating stored there?

        1. is there a search function at wingo TV?
