Recording rewind no longer works

I use the paid version of Blue TV Air on the Apple TV with tvOS 18.3.
Rewinding recordings stopped working a few days ago.
At the beginning it worked for some channels and not for others, now it doesn’t work for all of them.
It should only be with Replay and not also with recordings.

Now I feel like I’m back in my youth. Only the adverts were better back then.
I’m also surprised that you can’t order the “Replay without adverts” option on blue TV air.
It’s a shame, because the competition also offers it and the customer experience would also be better.
