Save 50 % with the new "We are Family!" discount

     We are delighted to announce the new «We are Family!» Discount, which is available to any household with multiple blue Mobile subscriptions. Whether you are a family, housemates or a couple, if you combine multiple blue Mobile subscriptions at the same address, you will enjoy an ongoing 50% discount on the second to fifth mobile subscription in your household.   

    With this discount, you are expected to use the My Swisscom app or swisscom.ch as your first port of call for help with any issues. In other words, you agree not to seek telephone support or advice in a Shop in the first instance. For existing customers who benefit from the new «We are Family!» Discount, the subscription minimum contract term will be extended by 24 months.  

    The «We are Family!» Discount replaces the previous Family Discount of CHF 30.– and is also available to households without blue Internet. With the Combi Discount, you will also save CHF 20.– on the first Mobile subscription in the household if you combine a Mobile and Internet subscription.

      I drive in my 5P. Family is still significantly cheaper with individual Wingo subscriptions with a lifetime promotion.
      Even if you include a necessary roaming package here and there.
      Furthermore, Wingo doesn’t impose a 24-month contract - you always have a 60-day right of cancellation….

      In rare scenarios, the Swisscom offer may be more favourable - but usually not….

      The small print is still important, for existing customers this leads to a 24-month contract extension (so the new discounts are not applied automatically but you have to do it manually)

      I’m also wondering how it works in combination with these special offer subscriptions (e.g. Swisscom Special10 or whatever the Blue Mobile L with 10 GB extra roaming outside the EU is called)

      A kind of Simply Digital is also used for the other subscriptions

      So I removed myself from the household but after a few hours the number was back in with Family Discount.

      Adding Manuel doesn’t work either.

      Hello everyone,

      I get this message when I want to invite my wife and daughter (both Mobile M subscriptions)? We live in the same household, what am I doing wrong? What should I check?
