Hello
We try watching film in Disney+ and audio goes ok while video not. The screen is black and it only says in upper left corner “0” and “flashing can hurt photosensitive people” or something like this.
The same problem with any video through Swisscom TV Box. YouTube directly through TV works OK.
Can anyone help? No idea to reach out to support.

You can try disconnecting the TV box from the power supply, wait 30 seconds and then reapply power.
