Thanks for your help.
It was not an email. There was a blue banner above the topline of: … searching, … help, … my account.
I have stupidly clicked on the text in white letters “reload an update”.
I have then made a scan with My Security. The report says: there are no bad elements. But the report only consists of 10915 elements.
I don’t know how to start a full scan of all data.

I think this was a regular update from Swisscom Webmail - because this is also maintained and updated.

I see it like Pogo. As long as you didn’t end up on another website when you clicked, nothing happened.
If you’re working with Windows:
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/de-ch/000138081/scanning-for-spyware-malware-and-adware-windows-defender?lang=en
Step 1:
In the search box on the taskbar, type “Virus & Threat Protection”.
Step 2:
Click on “Scan options” or “Run new advanced scan”.
Step 3:
Select “Full scan” and start the scan by clicking “Scan now”.
Lesen, was auf dem Bildschirm steht.
The message (banner) in Bluewin Webmsil is 99.9999% not malware, but a regular webmail update.
Since the scanner didn’t find anything either, I would tick the matter off….
If you still don’t trust it, you have to format the HD and reinstall the PC with all applications and data….
