DanielD good morning. I have been a swisscom customer for x years. I can no longer view mails on my mobile phone. I can no longer see the mails that come in. I’m a borrower and don’t understand enough. What do I have to do? Concerning bluewin.ch account/webmail. It’s a pain. Thank you

    The easiest way is to install the Bluewin News App on your mobile phone, important the password is not the one from the WEB-Mail and customer centre login.

    If you no longer know it, you can create a new one in the customer centre.

      How did you check the memory?
      Are you sure that the mailbox memory is not exhausted?
      If the memory is exhausted, you can no longer receive mails.
