…and also set the frame rate adjustment to “Not seamless” in the Google settings of the TV box under Display, otherwise the frame rate adjustment to the content of the apps under AoT will not work at all.
And whether this actually solves the YouTube problem of the Swisscom TV boxes under the AoT firmware is also still an open question, but as a current test you can at least give it a try.

There doesn’t seem to be a solution. Since it used to work very well, I guess I can’t blame my outdated TV box.
But simply having to buy a new one to make it work better is out of the question.
Then I’ll see how I can solve the volume problem with the remote controls.
I switch the TV and TV box with the TVB’s synchronised remote control. If I now only switch on the TV with the TV remote control and leave the TVB switched off, the volume is not correct.
I could live with the fact that I have both remote controls lying around. The glaring difference in volume is the troublesome point.

I don’t think this is a Swisscom problem. Both devices have their own volume control and this may be “too far apart”.
In this case, I would simply reduce the volume on the TV slightly with the TV remote control, switch off the TV and then increase the volume on the TV box slightly with the BOX remote control. Then switch the TV on again with the TV remote control. The volume on the TV for TV apps and the volume with the box should then be slightly equalised. The procedure can be repeated to achieve a more balanced volume behaviour of both streams.
I then checked the resolution of the films in the Swisscom YouTube app when streaming and noticed that as soon as more than 720p is requested, the jerks start.
Can you check the resolution at which the TV displays the picture smoothly with its YouTube app? Is it higher than 720p?
If not, you can manually set the YouTube resolution on the TV box to the same resolution. If the resolution on the TV is higher, there really is a problem.
Even if you’ve done it before: I would disconnect everything from the TV box to the router from the power supply for a few minutes and then switch it on again from the router. Wait long enough for the router to receive the signal properly again. Only then switch on the TV box and the TV again. Check the quality of the data network cable to the TV box (no kinks, too tight radii and no damage?) Possibly also unplug this cable while all devices are switched off and plug it back in cleanly. Caution: Do NOT unplug the cable that connects the router to the house connection!

The volume problem should be solvable in my opinion.
Carry out or set the following on the UHD TV box:
- Switch off HDMI-CEC setting completely
- Audio setting on TV box to Stereo TruVolume
- on the TV box: Pair remote control with TV set, if already switched on, first delete once and then pair again with the TV set. By activating this OneRemote function, the volume of the TV box is then set to maximum and the Swisscom remote control no longer adjusts the volume on the TV box, but directly on the TV set via IR. It then no longer matters whether you change the volume with the Swisscom remote control or the TV set remote control, because both remote controls are then only used to control the volume of the TV set directly.

I am writing from my own experience from the time without coupling the FB with the TV.
TV box rather quiet - TV must be set rather loud. Then switch to a TV app or the DVD player - TV is too loud.
It may be that today’s devices handle this better (e.g. remembering the volume in all functions individually), but my older devices can’t do that.
In more recent times, the channels that broadcast inserts and adverts at a higher volume than the actual programme are annoying. But this could also be due to the older TV, whose loudspeakers can quickly sound unpleasant.

Yep!
as soon as the stuttering starts, I check what resolution the film is being streamed in.
Then I turn it down to 720p and it runs normally.
I have actually set the quality in YouTube to automatic. But anything above 720p will cause problems sooner or later.
